Lay Summary |
Hepatocellular carcinoma usually develops in patients with underlying liver cirrhosis, and new screening methods are in unmet need for early discovery of potential risk of hepatocellular carcinoma development. Our goal is to establish an artificial intelligence liver cancer screening platform (AILC), an artificial intelligence imaging system for liver cancer screening and early detection in liver cirrhosis patients. If successful, this system will significantly change the liver cancer screening in Texas and USA. |
