We propose to establish an Integrated Single Cell Genomics (SCG) Core Facility at the MD Anderson Cancer Center to provide cutting-edge technologies for single cell sequencing and bioinformatics support to cancer research investigators in Texas. The core facility will be directed by Dr. Navin, who is a world-leader in single cell sequencing technologies and Dr. Chen who will provide bioinformatics and data analysis support. Single cell sequencing is a revolutionary new technology that can provide genomic information on individual cancer cells.
