Immunotherapy has revolutionized the treatment of cancers. Despite breakthrough progress, attaining predictable outcomes in the clinic is a largely unsolved problem. This proposal aims to study immune cells directly from patients undergoing treatment within Texas to identify biomarkers of responses. We anticipate that the discovery and validation of biomarkers optimal immune cells will ensure that more Texans benefit broadly from immunotherapy. |
