The company has developed a new cancer therapy, HMBD-002-V4, for patients who are resistant to cancer immuno-oncology (IO) drugs. FDA-approved IO drugs that harness the power of the body’s immune system to fight cancer have made rapid advances in treating patients with cancers who previously had very few options.
