Dr. Lidong Qin received his Ph.D. from Northwestern University and completed postdoctoral training at the California Institute of Technology, in 2007 and 2010 respectively.
He moved to Houston Methodist Research Institute in 2010 as an Assistant Professor and was promoted to Associate Professor in 2013 and Full Professor in 2016.
His current research interest is cell assay on microfluidics biochips. He is also the scientific founder of the Innovative Biochips Company in Houston, Texas.
